Biggest f up off a place broke my item surposed to of come by van but it got to my gate and became air mail when the driver threw it up my garden emailed hermes but never got back to me.didnt expect them to because i dont think they got himan beings in there offices because i spent 2hrs trying contact them.shoukdnt be hermes should be herpes cause i recon thats frustrating and a pain to like with and you would rid of them.ill never use hermes again.

Has to be one of the, if not the worst parcel companies in the UK, possibly in the world. I genuinely think if I used a megaphone at the top of Mount. Everest asking for my parcel to be delivered to my house, I'd have a higher chance of it turning up. Just in the last fortnight I've had multiple issues with this company. For example, I ordered a parcel which was delivered through Hermes and I was told I had apparently missed the delivery person knocking TWICE. I make sure I am near the front door around the time the parcel is supposed to arrive the next day. After hours of waiting, I check the tracking website to find it says I missed the parcel AGAIN and that they knocked and we didn't answer... even though nobody had knocked. They insisted they had knocked and we had to pay for postage again. Another time, I had ordered a product that was in very limited stock as a present for a family member. It took weeks longer than it had originally said for us to be informed it had been lost in the mail and that they would no longer be able to give us the product as it was out of stock. A full refund was given but, because of this fumble with the mail, I am going to have to pay 3x as much for the same product on a different website. DO NOT USE HERMES. You would have better luck delivering your parcels by pigeon.
