    After agreeing to have 3 windows at the front of the house for top of the range windows that would soon have Bluetooth for security and we wouldnt get the fantastic offer if we didnt sign on that day, we were told they would be fitted in the September. After weeks of chasing and them using Covid as the reason for the delay, they finally fitted them not long before the Christmas! On the day of fitting, they arrived with one that we hadnt designed, I had the diagram to prove this, the fitter said it had been changed because it didnt match the other bedroom window we were having. This was without any consultation with us, the fitter never even mentioned it was different when they arrived, it was only because I noticed it. He offered to take it away and order the correct one but we decided to keep it as we had already waited long enough. When they had finished I asked about the Certificate for the windows and I was told to contact the office, which I did on numerous occasions and was told they were sorting it. We are still waiting! When I complained they gave us a 5% reduction. In hindsight, we should never have agreed on the day to have 6,000+ windows, I should have told them to replace the wrong one as the one they sent does not look right. If anyone from Imagine 7 actually reads this, I would like to know where the certificate is and what happened to the Bluetooth promise? I would not recommend this company.

    My wife contacted Imagine reguardig a replacement front door, left my contact info and the company contacted me directly to arrange an appointment. After 5-6 different phone calls and speaking with 3 different representatives of the company I agreed an appointment 30.11.19 Saturday morning at 9am... this appointment was confirmed Wednesday 27.11.19 at 6:30pm and again Friday 29.11.19 at 3:30pm. Saturday at 9am there was no sign of anyone from imagine we waited 20 minutes longer and still no rep... I rang and spoke to someone, no explanation no apology, a very rude gent said obviously this is going no where... In an industry with a lot of competition a business with such poor customer service skills will struggle! Very disappointed.

If anyone from Imagine 7 actually reads this, I would like to know where the certificate is and what happened to the Bluetooth promise?
I would not recommend this company.
