        The council should basically clean up most of the people working for unitas. Talking rudely, transferring you for 1 to another and that's the way you spend hour over the phone then they never keep it up whit the appointments. UNITAS IS A JOKE THE COUNCIL SHOULD REVOKE THEY CONTRACT WHIT UNITAS AND GET A NEW CONTRACT WHIT SOMEONE ELSE BECAUSE UNITAS CLEARLY ARE JOKE AND THE PEOPLE WORKING THERE VERY RUDE. THIS WHERE YOUR TAX ARE GOING TO PAID FOR THE PEOPLE THAT ARE RUDE AND NOT EVEN INTERESTED ABOUT SORTING THE ISSUES BUT IS GOOD KEEP PAYNG THEM SO THEY CAN KEEP THE JOB. Stoke-on-Trent Coumcil should clearly terminate the contract and get someone else because they are better choice out there.

        1 star so far is been kind.. Experienced in what???? Call centre may as well be closed.. Appointments not been kepted and no shows..come on Stoke Council cancel there contract get someone better.. Long over due
