        Terrible company staff are there for them selfs not the residents they employe unqualified staff witch are more like teenagers then adults as its cheaper for them on wages instead of paying that little bit more for qualifyed staff I would not even leave my cat here let alone a family member how they are still open is beyond me avoid this company at all costs

        Terrible management style that treats its staff as disposable and runs their support houses for the benefit of staff rather than service users. Avoid at all costs.

        The staff cope well at the house. This is an updated review that I'm not happy doing. I have had to retract what i wrote. We can now contact our relative. Nothing was being taken off him.
