What an absolute joke, the women serving today took forever serving 1 customer, then has the absolute audacity to go and talk to someone on her personal phone!!! WHILE HAVING CUSTOMERS WAIT!! Get off your phone and do your job, I'm not allowed on my phone while working so you shouldn't be on yours! This person needs sanctioning as this is unacceptable.
