Customer service is terrible. Theres only one woman with long dark hair that is actually friendly, knowledgable about the post office and willing to help. All the others, especially the boy with long-ish hair are really bad. They pretty much roll their eyes when they see you need to use the post office. Wish theyd hire some new staff, it really puts me off using there!

Rip off shop. I expected with them being part of a supermarket chain it would be supermarket prices... How wrong could I be! I'll tell ya... Very! Don't expect be getting any deals there. The premier shop 100 yards down the road is cheaper and probably has more choice too. Only use Morrisons if you're desperate. Be warned.

Some of the staff have terrible attitudes and are more interested in their own conversations than dealing with customers, if ignoring customers gained financial rewards some of these staff would be millionaires. I say some as there are a few that are great and very helpful. This alone is why this is a 2 star review and not a single star. My wife went in to use the post office and was standing waiting for 15 minutes and despite several calls from the shop counter colleague for help, nobody came out to help. This resulted in my wife giving up and walking out with the parcel unsent. I wish I could say this was an isolated incident but seems to be getting a more and more regular occurrence that we have experienced a number of times over the last 12 months.
