        Customer service is terrible, why they would become a post office when they cant even serve shop customers in an orderly fashion is beyond me. I waited over ten minutes to collect medication when I was the only person in line for the post office as the employee on the till continued to serve other customers whilst looking at me knowing full well I had been waiting longer, this used to be an amazing and friendly place to shop but now the staff are rude and non welcoming, would not recommend.

        some members of staff have 0 customer service skills.they seem more bothered about speaking on the headsets to co workers than actually serving the customer!.the shop has a good choice but some things are totally overpriced.
