        Just gone in to pick a replacement parcel up that was delivered on the 23 November. I picked the main parcel up on the 4 th November he said how can I pick up the replacement before the main one , he had no idea about the dates i said first parcel 4 th beginning of the month replacement on 23rd end of the month?? He was very rude and abrupt so I walked out will not be having any parcels delivered their again and Ive had a lot delivered their and had no problems

        The lady in the shop was so helpful yesterday I had a problem with a postage label she went above and beyond to make sure my parcel was sent very friendly and helpful Thankyou
