        I had codes for gas and electricity top ups sent to the shop by Eon Next. I went along with my key and card and the information provided by Eon. The woman stared at me and refused to do the top ups, she never even tried to put the key in the terminal! I'm 63 severely disabled living alone and had no heating since Saturday. Eon rang the shop who said I was to go back which I did only for more of the same abuse from the shop assistant. Tried again today and she doesn't have a clue what she needs to do, always on her phone and leaves customers waiting. You don't get good service with bad staff
