Dean Bickerton LTD have recently completed a kitchen extension and garage conversion for us and we could not be happier with the end result! We asked a few builders to quote for our work and it was already here that Deans professionalism, knowledge, expertise and attention to detail were apparent. Dean listened to understand our requirements, asked questions and presented the options and gave us suggestions to help us make the right decision. This resulted in us receiving a quote with all the work clearly listed and detailed and we decided to go ahead. Dean and his team delivered a complete solution which really made this a stress free project for us. Dean and his team always turned up when they said and the communication from Dean was second to none. As the project progressed Dean gave us updates and provided clear information and details when further decisions needed to be made. It was clear that customer satisfaction was paramount to Dean and his team and nothing was ever too much trouble. The quality of work is really second to none and the attention to detail in every aspect of the work completed has impressed us and exceeded our expectations. We have not had a single issue with any aspect of the project and the finished result is simply amazing! Dean and his team have done a completely wonderful job! Dean and his team completed a full re wire; re design;modernisation & plastering of our property. All aspects from planning to execution were handled brilliantly. Expert help and advice were given throughout and all work was done to a high standard.
