Brendan Fern recently carried out a service on my Ecodan heat pump. I was extremely pleased with the company, who were knowledgeable and efficient. They discovered that the anti freeze concentration was too low, which was something that had been missed by the original installers, and I was pleased they checked. I also thought that their price was reasonable and a will definitely use them in future.

Found the whole experience with Brendan Fern Limited to be a positive one, from the initial contact to work completion. The project manager, Mick, was very helpful and the work was done as per his plan, even when we were thrown a curveball after discovering possible asbestos tiles. Mick quickly arranged for a specialist (also named Mick) to come out on that day and take them up safely. The plumber (Oliver), tiler (Dave) and apprentice (Tom) did a super job with the bathroom remodelling. All the old suite/tiles and rubbish was cleared and removed each day. We will be using them again to remodel our wet room. Paul & Karen
