A joke of a company. Chris T asked that I send photos of our driveway via WhatsApp so he can send us a few options for a carport. It took him weeks to get back to us - he said he never received the messages although it clearly showed someone had seen/read it. The quote Chris T eventually sent us was for 13,500. I spoke with Chris over the phone to discuss the carport in detail and it became clear that what we wanted required far less materials than the carport he included in his quote. Chris then sent an updated quote but it was 4,199 more than the previous quote (for the exact same carport with less panels/materials). I emailed to ask the reason/details behind it but I have yet to hear back (this was in August). This is a joke of a company that I will not be giving my custom to.

It's been 6 months since we had our Glass Room installed by Open Space Concepts , so a good time to review our experience! We originally had 3 companies quote for the work with OSC pitching in the middle quote of the 3 , so decided we would go with them , Originally we were given a lead time of 12 weeks and a promise of installation before Christmas, unfortunately that never materialised and the Glass Room was fitted late January. Germany supplier delays and the fall out of Covid19!? However we are very pleased with the finished product and the transformation it has given the back of our property, fitted on the day by George and Catalin taking just on two days to complete. I would recommend OSC who were generally prompt with enquiries and call backs to answer any questions but be mindful of changes to lead times.The quality of the Glass Room looks great , and as yet no reason to ask for a revisit for snags or problems during or after the fitting thankfully , so would have no hesitation to recommend them to friends and family

They totally mislead us and gave promises to get the order and once the 50% deposit has been paid they do not respond nor do they keep thier word and then refuse to refund your money. Delivery time was of the essence for this order. Told 10-12 weeks but more likely 10 which was why the order was placed.. Thats now gone to 20 -24 weeks!! Do not order from this company.

Top bunch to deal with, installation quality fine, glitches sorted instantly, very pleased with Louvre roof, well worth choosing over plain glass
