As a very busy lettings and estate agency business, we use a lot of property technology to ensure a good service to our customers. Our business did not have a local IT company to handle our IT needs. We had separate suppliers for computers, cloud tech, VOIP phones and so on. We had some duplication of costs and I had to rely on the goodwill of my husband to trouble shoot any IT problems. I asked Mark Bailey to come up with an integrated solution and to be our one-stop shop. Mark discussed our requirements and came up with an all-inclusive package. M & M upgraded our broadband line, looked into cabling issues and installed a better VOIP system for all staff going forward. They are now our one stop shop IT provider. Lindsey and the team have been a massive help over the last few months, assisting me with my GDPR compliance, installing ESET encryption on my lap top and recently providing anti virus software too. All at a competitive price and with all the help and support Ive needed. I would recommend them whole heartedly, its taken a lot of pressure off me and allowed me to concentrate on my clients. Friendly, fast, affordable and efficient! M and M have helped us out on a number of occasions, as we don't have an in-house tech team. From recovering lost data to mending aging hardware, M and M have never let us down. They are so quick to respond and so easily affordable, that we don't feel the need to employ and in-house team at all! Highly recommended.
