I was seen within 5 mins of my appointment. The staff are friendly and helpful on the desk . The building is spacious , light and airy and I can imagine great for wheelchair access around the bulging and the inside the building . Nice colourful seating area for children.

Lovely friendly people who put up with a lot in their job, I couldn't do it. It's a lovely airy fresh and clean building with plenty of room to manoeuvre. It houses three practices I think. The nurses are great and although I normally only see Dr Vas I'm sure the other doctors are just as good. My surgery is Longton Hall and it relocated to greenock Street just before Christmas. I think the old surgery has now become a carers hub which is good that it's being made good use of. I'm sure they must have had a few teething problems it being a new build but they have coped very well. Thank you for giving us a great service , so far I've been referred to skin eyes and back clinics near to home. I am also diabetic and hoping to change my diet.

Brand spanking new health centre! Incorporating two surgeries in one building Longton Hall and Willowbank. Seems farely efficient. So far so good! All on ground floor as far as I can tell. Car parking out front with bicycle bays directly infront of the building entrance. One waiting room just beyond reception foya. Each surgery has it's rooms either side of the adjoined waiting area. The entire middle section of which was blocked off for social distancing purposes. Obviously the waiting room was not designed for this. So everyone is sat against the wall of their surgery's corresponding corridor to it's rooms.
