Great coffee and good service. Word of warning to Trainline users: check the details on your return tickets carefully. Trainline often sells 2 date specific singles in the guise of a return - meaning you may have to pay for your return journey again. Ive just had to do that - so a great cup of Gourmet Coffee was a good consolation prize.

The first time I went here, I had a good experience with a really nice flat white with oat milk and good service. Today couldn't have been more different. The staff initially ignored me, even though there were no more customers waiting and I was standing right next to them. I had to actually ask to order a coffee. The server didn't both telling me the price just held her hand out of the money and charged me 50p above the price stated price above. When I queried it she said that oat milk was extra but hadn't bothered explaining that before. Then she took the money and carried on filing in forms. I was waiting for a train that was due any minute, ffs. Some people really shouldn't be in the service industry. The other server made the coffee, which was ok, but nowhere near as nice as the one I'd had there previously. And it was pretty small for what amounted to nearly 4. Won't be bothering with that again.

Name is a joke, isn't it. So far from gourmet selling a few dried up plastic covered sandwiches.

Couldn't taste the coffee in the Late. Basically just hot milk. Maybe I got a decaff by accident but it didn't feel like I'd had a coffee. Disappointing
