Slow to deal with disabled people who are in obvious serve pain . The staff where polite but not able to find time or a nurse to visit a disabled man injured in a minor car incident.

The staff here are pleased to accommodate you. Receptionist was very pleasent even asking me some very personal questions. Very secure complex to stop any unwanted guest from entering. I stayed all inclusive 3 meals a day, even though it was 24 hour stay only, snacks and drinks provided whenever you like via room service (House stock only). I did complain about my room as I requested a sea view and got completely the opposite, room was very small and the mirror was a little blurry. Bathroom tiles were abit plain but I guess for a free night their on a budget. Mattress was a little lumpy but bearable and bedding was very 80's. Couple of other noisy residents but that soon stopped after a loud bang and a strong smell of Cs gas then the sound of a trolley?? All in all not bad. Would not recommend to family but maybe some friends. Was a great little get away from all the usual day to day troubles.
