New Rainbow

Ordered a very small simple take away this evening at 7:10. As it was a Saturday evening i expected to wait and was quoted 1 hour 20 mins. I rang 2 hour later to chase my order and was told its sat on the counter waiting for a driver. I asked how long? Couldn't be told. Instead was told its not my fault we are waiting for drivers. No apology no offer of a discount... Nothing... Just excuses. If they had been honest in the 1st place I would have ordered elsewhere. Instead they expected me to wait... Wait. And wait. Your food is not that special Rainbow... I will wait a reasonable amount of time but not 2.5 hours. Accept orders you can fulfil...don't out of greed accept orders you know you can't fulfil. Moral of the story...rainbow learn the act of good customer service starting with not promising something you can't deliver... Excuse the pun... And customers.... Order 3 hours before to avoid disappointment.... ESPECIALLY IF ITS A SATURDAY.... THEY ARE BUSY... or so I was told. Ps. Full Chef (weston coyney) 15 minutes and beautiful...
