Visited at lunchtime wanted to use their app to order but for some reason this was blocked, never had this issue before. Used the order screen without to much issue. It was a busy lunch hour and whilst I wouldn't say the restaurant was dirty it certainly felt a bit grubby. Order was dispensed pretty quickly, all upto usual KFC standards.

This Branch has no customer service skills and they it seemed also that no one is taking care of the toilets and cleaning the washing area. It was incomplete mess. My kids like KFC however they didn't like the food at this one.
