Mounsey has acted on my behalf a number of times and always provided an exceptional service. They negotiated on my behalf and saved me time and money which gave me peace of mind. I would highly recommend their services.

Chris Maydew from Mounseys supported The Donna Louise Trust as it moved to surrender various retail leases and strike off the company. Chris was always accessible, knowledgeable, expert and friendly. There is no doubt that he was key in delivering what we needed to do. We would have no hesitation in recommending Chris and Mounseys. Never felt valued as a Tennant when we rented an office premises that they represented. They seem to put their effort into looking after the landlords whilst tenants are treated as a bit of an afterthought which was always disappointing. As a Tennant it put us off completely renting through a setup like this. We moved to a new site renting direct from the landlord which was a much better experience as a Tennant where they actually bother to try and understand, support and help you to grow as a Tennant. There is too much conflict of interest here that as a Tennant you end up feeling like little more than a pound sign on the bottom of a spreadsheet. Little interest in anything to do with the tenants once you are signed up.

I am sorry to have to write this but it is factual and needs to be understood that Mounseys introductions can waste you a lot of time and money ! I Was introduced to Bet 365 via Mounseys. They signed heads off terms for one of my buildings. We had agreed split fee with another agent.Bet 365 continually asked for work to be done on my building after HOTS which cost a lot.We even moved the existing tenant out early to accommodate Bet365.On the day they should have signed Bet365 changed their minds. It felt like there was little or no communication between The agents and Bet365.Probably the worst agent experience I have ever encountered. The whole aborted process costs me c 25K and no phone call or letter of apology was given by either party.I wrote to the Directors of Bet365 and they didnt even respond.Overall a poor experience from both Bet365 and Mounseys. My experience is they dont know what they are doing or they would have halted the process long before I wasted time and money.Heads Of Terms have no meaning with Bet365 or this agent. Mounseys got a fee from Bet365 for completing a schedule of condition then as a result of this report there was a number of things Bet365 needed to be renewed or changed. They wanted to get in for December so we moved the existing tenant out 3 months early. So Mounsey was getting fees for both the Schedule of condition off Bet 365 and me as the Landlord..Working for both buyer and seller which I understand is against the principals of RICS their governing body. My advice is buyer beware!
