        Just before Christmas I enquired about a replacement teapot lid. Although they were closed, Gillian said she would contact me when they re-opened in January. And she did - as promised! Service was fantastic and my lid arrived a couple of days later. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend this brilliant company. Thank you Gillian.

        I bought 4 mugs from repeat repeat, 2 Plum and 2 Tulip, all with different designs on. They are such beautiful mugs to hold and drink out of. Very helpful on the telephone too, great service. So pleased my friend recommended them.

        I wanted to send a mug to Spain, and Repeat Repeat have helped me do this simply and at a reasonable cost. The customer service has been brilliant, very responsive. They even agreed to add a note as it's a surprise present.
