Absolute bunch of incompetent people couldn't fight their way out of a paper bag , they have zero customer service, how they are still trading I have no idea, its a blummin miracle that this place hasn't been closed down force people to buy cars with no log books then charging 160 for them to tax u car , ny tax only 80 pure jokes u guys are disgusting

Really bad company please avoid they took a deposit off me to secure finance apparently then when they declined me they would pay my deposit back please please don't use this company find out whi there lenders are moneybarn for example get the finance yourself and go to any garage and buy a quality car don't use fowler they sell dangerous unsafe vehicles

Bought a car in 2014 a fiat punto absolutely great looking car but the salesman at wilenhall lied from the start had to wait an extra day because it was being serviced (lie) it failed the m.o.t wiring loom burnt out, ( lie 2) they didnt put a new loom in the chopped the old one which burnt out again in the end I gave it back never again would I use these ppl

Had a car from here a few years back. Got no end of trouble with them. First car had a busted gearbox. Waited 2 weeks for them to come and pick it up and get me another one. Ended up taking it back myself and then took another 3 weeks for them to get me the next car. Customer services are rude and have no time for the customer. Having to constantly chase them to get any answers. Not recommended if I could give zero stars I would.
