What an amazing hassle free experience I had buying my car from Brittle Motor Group! Richard and his team are without doubt very professional, and their dedication to customer service and quality is second to none. The Landrover Discovery Sport HSE Luxury I purchased was the best second hand example available and to the highest specification (I had looked at a number previously at various dealers and walked away in disbelief and disappointment). The icing on the cake was to discover that this particular example has been Richards mums car since almost new. The whole process was so easy with Richard and the team doing all the legwork, a full service and MOT prior to purchase, a new tow bar fitted along with the registration transfers and road tax all taken care of, the car was faultless, fully valeted and beautifully presented. I would highly recommend Brittle Motor Group to anyone looking for that something special experience.

In Summary: *100% Delighted - *Expectations Exceeded - *Throughly Enjoyed The Full Procurement Process. After buying 3 New Landrovers, and experiencing disappointing service on every occasion I had become disillusioned with the prospect of purchasing a high specification Defender 90. I discovered the Brittle Motor Group via Autotrader, and after reviewing the stock, business profile I convinced myself that the cars would be over priced. How wrong was I Positive engagement was received from the original enquiry text, and continued throughout the process. Richard B, is without doubt a guy whos standard operating level defaults to perfection. No faff seems to be the moto of the Brittle Team, I requested a number of additional items, all of which were dealt with, without any issues. All surprises on this journey, were good ones. Hand over was completed in superb settings. The bespoke Brittle Gallery, offered a level of opulence & style that JLR should learn from. The handshake offered was definitely not good bye, Richards model is obviously based on retention of his value added customers, and my response to that would be Thank You, hope to see you in the future..
