A very smooth and pleasurable experience purchasing our MG4 Trophy from start to finish at Holdcroft MG Stoke. Very accommodating with the test drive experience at the beginning allowing us to try the car in traffic and on the open road, which was instrumental in our final decision to buy. Alexandra was really good with the final handover, electric cars come with a long wait for delivery and she was excellent at keeping us informed in the final stages. She made sure the car was ready and fully charged for us on handover day and was very helpful in answering any questions we had as new EV owners.

Great experience with this dealership and in particular Alexandra who took time to understand what I wanted and was very helpful and friendly from the start. On collection of vehicle everyone was friendly and spoke to me, feels like a genuine caring business.
