Having bought a car from Holdcroft Group, I wanted to recommend a salesperson that I rate more highly than any that I have bought from. Carol Burgess in Hyundai is the consumate professional and what I particularly admire is her customer focus . I believe that she puts the customers needs first. She didnt try to force extras on me and I know that many dealerships push them regardless and the knowledgeable buyer can see this very quickly. Instead she demonstrated ultimate professionalism , product knowledge and attention to detail. I now live in Hull but would willingly travel back to Stoke on Trent to buy from her. With a team of Carols, Holdcroft could conquer the Car Sales world !

Found and reserved a used car late one evening. Set off an hour down the road to Hanley branch before they had even opened, arriving shortly after to view the car. It had already been in for a service and tyre change and was waiting on some new break pads/discs. The car was immaculate. We were served by Ray but the other gents there were equally very friendly and welcoming. Long story short we wanted the car and left with it the same day. Ray kept us up to date often whilst the car work was finalised. After a bad experience (with a modern online retailer that everyone has heard of...) this experience was just perfect. I would visit and buy from these guys again.
