This lady is a pro and a pleasure to deal with. Totally passionate about cakes and baking, we could just leave Nichola to it and had full confidence that wed get exactly what we wanted. Amazing day today learning the technique of ganache and cake decorating. Thank you nichola we have learned so much you are an amazing teacher so patient. My niece loved it too. We will be back soon xx

Highly recommend the cake classes. Theyre fun, friendly and relaxed but Nichola also manages to cram a lot in - Ive learnt so many new skills and picked up lots of useful tips. Thank you Nichola, hopefully I can book in for another class soon. Xx

Delicious cake. Really welcoming and accommodating. Loved tasting session. Managed to dial down the sweetness at our request without compromising structure of the cake / ganache. Super reliable. We had to postpone our wedding due to the pandemic but Nicola was most helpful and understanding. She made every tier a different flavour which guests loved. One guest with a GF diet was amazed that there was a delicious gluten free tier. You need to book well in advance because she doesn't compromise quality for quantity or profit. ***** 5 stars and a deserved award winner.
