        The customer service extended to me by Stacey goes above and beyond my expectations. This lady has been so helpful in dealing with my late mothers accounts whilst being sympathetic and checking and double checking various things I needed to go through. Her considerate, warm and friendly manner put me at ease and she never hurried me during the process. I would like to extend my grateful thanks to this lady and hope the management realise just what an asset Stacey is to the Hanley Economic.

        We have been with the Hanley economic building society since 1963 that's mortgages and investments. We have always been treated very professionally, also if You take the time to get to know them you can have a laugh and joke. (treat people like you would like to be treated)
