I contacted Lookers BMW with regards to purchasing a new BMW 128ti. I was fortunate enough to speak to Toby Mayer and having given him a list of specifications for the vehicle he was able to source an exact match at a competitive price and delivery date within a week. The collection date was organised by Mark Graham, who arranged the handover of the vehicle. Mark was extremely pleasant and was knowledgeable of the car and its functions. He helped set up the My BMW app on my mobile phone. Mark arranged BMW free driveaway car insurance to allow us time to sort our own vehicle insurance. I was impressed by Mark's professionalism and the service provided on the day and impressed that he has since made the time to contact me a few weeks later to see how I am getting on with the car. When looking to purchase my next BMW I would highly recommend Lookers BMW Stoke on Trent.

Absolute dribble booked my car in for a recall and parking sensors I asked will it all be done in the day they said yes . ( it wasnt,only the recall) I previously went to here and they said I had a parking sensor fault so I said can you do the parking sensor , yeah not a problem . Went to pick car up and they charged me for a diagnostic 120 for something they told me about previously 1 Didnt do the work they said they would 2 Charged me for a process that had already been done 3 said shed rebook me in for the work and call me . Didnt even ring me back 4 I called them and they said someone would call be back about it all they didnt !! And they just copy and paste replies to reviews Tells you everything you need to know

Good for a look around, support was there but left you alone to browse. Helpful when I wanted to check out a used car.

The whole experience was made simple and pleasant, first class. Mr. Jack Casewell was exceptional in guiding me through the process from first contact to delivery (and post delivery). I was advised my car would be ready at end of April ,and it was. I can't fault the whole sales process and those involved. Finally, I am delighted with my new X3, it exceeds all my expectations. Well done Lookers!.
