        I booked an appointment 3 weeks in advance on 08/06/21 between 10am til 1pm for blinds for my conservatory. At 1:30pm I rung the store and the assistant told me she didnt know where the guy was who was coming to my home. I rung back an hour later and she still had no clue where he was. I waited in the rest of the day and he never showed up. I rung the next day to see why he didnt show and the assistant said he must of been too busy on other jobs but I can book you in again, but I dont know when. My reply was dont bother I will go elsewhere. I wasted my day off work and I didnt get so much of a courtesy call to say he wasnt coming. I thought I would give business to a local shop and this is how they treat potential customers never again.
