I booked onto a free maintenance workshop this evening. Despite no one else turning up and me being the only attendee Paul gave me a brilliant one to one maintenance overview tailored to my specific needs for almost an hour and a half. Friendly, knowledgeable and passionate about bikes and cycling. Highly recommend. Thanks!

I cant recommend Pau Run and ride enough The staff are brilliant. I had a gait analysis and the information I was given from this was amazing. The ladys talked me through the video of my treadmill run and advised me on what type of trainer would suit me the best. They explained how the different types of trainer would help improve my running technique and aid my injuries. The knowledge and willingness to help and advise is exemplary. They went above and beyond to ensure I had the right trainers for me. What a wonderful team. Pau run and ride should be really proud of these ladies.. I will be telling everyone I know about Pau run & ride Trentham.
