I don't often leave feedback, but unfortunately feel I need to. I was extremely grateful for the salon / owner for fitting me in last minute. however as a first time client I didn't feel very welcomed and sadly will not be returning. I was never introduced to my hairdresser, the 'hairdresser' never spoke more than 2 words even while trying to prompt a conversation. My mum also visited at a different time and found the same. it was uncomfortable to say the least. I don't feel like I was listened to with regard to my cut and the 'hairdresser' appeared very cumbersome and inexperienced! not what I expect for a full price job to be honest, and clients should be advised if staff are inexperienced! (I also understand everyone has to learn) My mum asked for a totally new hair cut going from short bob to pixie style cut, showing photo of what was desired. It is nothing alike leaving her almost in tears and feeling truly terrible about her appearance, certainly not what she needs right now (which if the 'hairdresser' had spoke and made conversation would have realised). I have to say it's my worst experience in a salon to date. certainly will not be returning, apologies as the owner and daughter appeared really nice and welcoming.
