I had an absolutely wonderful hot stone massage with Tammy today. It was very relaxing, just what I needed. Tammy is a lovely lady and very professional. I will definitely go back to Tammy again very soon. Thank you Tammy I cant praise you enough

Terrible service, can't even arrange to have a skin test done after calling numerous times, texting and emailing. I amazed she has any customers!

Terrible service would give minus 5 stars if I could. Had an appointment with Lisa and got there at exactly 11.15am. Followed instructions according and waited in a random hotel lobby for 10 minutes.. sent a text to find out what was going on and got a reply saying my appointment was at 11am and my booking was cancelled because she has a client at 11.30. When i replied saying I booked for 11.15 the response was just "oh year sorry" absolute waste of my time.. no signage no receptionist just working out of a hotel room and can't even use a booking system properly

Where should I start? I booked an appointment for 2pm as listed on the website, I got a text asking for me to come half an hour earlier- which I couldnt do. I was then asked to come before 2. When I arrived at 1:55pm (5 minutes before my appointment) I text to ask which door to enter through. In response to this, I received a phone call telling me that they had booked another client in. I was offered another slot for another day, however overall a disappointing experience and will go elsewhere.
