I had my initial appointment in September, my top up appointments were then cancelled twice on the day of the apts having booked time off work. The third apt I arrived at the shop and nobody was there, having contacted Lauren she said she had texted me to cancel yet again. Absolutely poor service and very poor communication. I will not be using her again and still awaiting refund for the top up apt. I would definatley not recommend it.

I turned up for my appointment today at 12:30, left work early to get there on time only to find the shop was closed. I texted Lauren and she said she had gone out for lunch and will be back in 5 minutes. She didn't return until 12:53 but by this time I'd already left. Absolutely appalling. On previous occasions my friend had booked a day off for the appointment but it was cancelled. I've been coming here 2/3 years and almost all of my appointments have been rearranged or delayed. I can't remember the last appointment where it was on time! Communication is so so poor. I won't be using her again and I definitely DO NOT recommend Lauren at all.

After living a year with little to no eyebrows a professional recommended belle brows. Today was my first visit and Im so pleased with the results. I feel like me again and would highly recommend them. Thanks so much
