Happy Nails & Spa

This visit is the last and I will not be going back to happy nails. As a regular customer since 2020 they have now gone downhill. A few months back the staff completely changed since then my first visit one lady injured me on four of my fingers. I was bleeding from my cuticles and my thumb as they curved under my nail. I pointed this out to them and they didnt bother cleaning it. I flinched and she grabbed my hand back into position. They used the same utensils with blood on a different customer. My cuticles were sore for a few days following this. My second visit was better and I vowed not to use the original staff but this last visit was the final straw. My cuticle is currently open and raw. Again two cuticles bleeding and did not change the utensils. The gentleman had blood on his glove and went and served someone else with said gloves. Again no care to clean up and I asked to wash my hands but this would affect the polish and they said later. Its really unsanitary and in the three years Ive never been hurt until now. They simply do not care. It is a shame as I have been a loyal customer but I wont be subjected to such a service Services: Manicure, Acrylic nails
