        Used to go here but I missed 1 appointment due to being unwell. I offered to pay the price for the cancellation as I cancelled last minute. I called the salon and a snotty lady answered advising me as I didn't show up for that appointment I would need to place a Christmas deposit down, that's fair enough. I called the second time as I couldn't book from the app as they blocked me from doing it! I mean I missed one appointment, I have been coming here quite some time. The same lady answered saying I couldn't book 2 appointments together with an absolutely appalling tone, she didn't guide me but spoke so rudely and over me. I told her I didn't like her attitude and I'd take my business else where. Very shocked. Don't bother with this fake environment ladies.

        Visited the salon last week for lash extensions, brow tint and jel nails. Lovely friendly professional atmosphere. A week forward and treatments still look amazing. Deposit paid ready for Christmas. Would definitely recommend. Thanks ladies
