Ive been to Lloyds bank many times. In my opinion they are very patience in explaining and sorting out my issues. Ive seen few bad reviews, was having double minded whether to go there or not. But now I think they are taking utmost care to their customers. Please do continue the same.

Don't know what jon b is talking about as I found the staff very helpful and polite. I think job b was the problem not the banks employees. Some people you just can't reach.

Bad experience. Staff dont working. Dont give enough information. to be honest I am not happy with staff. Very disappointed and they dont give enough time to speak or trying help. Is just they are very lazy staff that never want work.
