        I'm not sure if Emily actually realises how rude she is towards customers or if its because she's " standing in for the manager who's off sick" so it's gone to her head. Couldn't help me at all despite natwest and 5 different people telling me she can and another branch on top. So I went to lloydsbank in less then 10 minutes everything I needed doing was done ! No hassle set up my sons juniour ISA on line I didn't even need to be banking with them to open the account like you do at TSB. Paul at TSB though and Imogen from past experience extremely helpful and friendly!

        Wanted to pay in some money into account, was asked to stay in a que for self service as they would not open other windows where clearly they was too much staff, you could see at least 4 staff walking and wondering

        Bank open until 5, counter service only open until 4 ? Also no one on counters any more only 3 people in the bank still had to wait over 10mins to get served seems to have gone downhill recently
