Staff are always super helpful and friendly, if you ever have an issue don't do what I did and try the online chatbox or calling CS on the other side of the world. Go in the branch, they're super helpful and you'll save yourself time and hassle.

Giving this one star because I can't give it a 0. Honestly had a horrible experience with the team member on a phone call AFTER I waited for more than 1 and a half hours!! on hold for them. I then had to call them again and the hold time was more than 2 hours longer ugh. They just blame you for all the inconveniences even when they are a 100% NOT your fault.
