Went into lloyds bank today. As I was struggling to get onto the banking app
A really nice young man named Tom was unbelievably helpful. Sorted it out in minutes and all with a smile on his face. Its lovely to see such great service nowadays. He was super knowledgeable about the app. I thanked him for the help he gave me and also asked the manager Barbara to pass on to the powers that be how wonderfully helpful he had been.
