My ECU died so sent it to Tom for a repair but it turned out to be no good and I would need a new one. Tom pointed me in the right direction to get a suitable replacement. Once the new ECU arrived Tom then fully coded the replacement to match my vehicle. After installing the ECU there was a couple problems which Tom did his upmost to help correct. Instead of me driving the car across the county, Tom asked me to visit a friend of his who was just a couple miles from me so he could remote dial in to make a couple tweaks to the coding, cars now running like new. After water had damaged my dme I messaged Tom/BMPassion and he told me exactly what I needed to do and what he needed so that we could fix my issues. After confirming I would need to have my dme cloned, my dme was sent off on Friday and my new dme that Tom supplied was back with me by Tuesday. I hit an issue with the install and messaged Tom, with a very speedy reply he helped sort the issue that I never wouldve been able to figure out and Im now back on the road he even sent out the extra part I needed with next day delivery!
