Autobrite Direct LTD

I purchased a DA12 polisher and on first use it started behaving erratically after about 1hour then stopped working completely. I returned it but it was shipped back to me after Autobrite used it and didnt experience a problem. Unsurprisingly, when I next went to use it it failed after polishing one panel. I shook it and it started working again but obviously returned it once again (at my expense). Autobrite used it as before and said that they didnt experience any issues. They are refusing to refund or replace. I dont believe that they have any technicians capable of testing or repairing such items. Do not trust.

Took my car in to have some stripes removed and have the body work treated they did a fantastic job looks like a new car and smells great never had a new car but this is a good runner up I would highly recommend them

Been to the opening of the new shop today. Was mega busy. The staff were doing their best with the sheer number of people who were buying products. All I wanted was on the shelves so I was happy enough. It seemed there were a lot of regular customers there who the staff interacted more with than others like my self. Was nice to see the cars there was also my first ever car and coffee meet so I was a little on the nervous side. Was my first visit to the autobright direct site and found it easy to find and the shop has a nice layout. Hopefully I will be able to become a regular customer and get a better interaction off the staff soon. Also hoping that a range rover group im in can organise a car meet there. The only complaint I have with the company is that my wife paid for me to have a 20 gift voucher for use on the website. That was to come over email. However my wife had to ring the office to find our where it was after 2 weeks it was supposed to be a valentines gift but I didn't get it till a week after.
