Website says open Saturday 11.00 / 5.00 got there 3.00 no one there all locked up had relatives from Wales with me originally from Stoke they have to go back home tomorrow so it was a time wasted don't think they will bother again 12./6/2021

Placed order online on 24th november. Still not recieved the order. Completely non responsive emaills and phone calls. Now have to raise a dispute with credit card company to get money back.

There was a slight misunderstanding on delivery time scales but CHERYL was amazing at sorting out a resolution . I popped into the gallery and im so glad I did, cherly was informative, respectful and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for her. I ended up taking a second print and also had the original print, which would have been sent in the post, framed in store... really does look at its best. My partners birthday is the 25.10 And the print was given the number 25 for excatly that reason, by Cheryl, which is a lovely touch I thought. There are some lovely unique pieces in the gallery and well worth a visit rather than purchasing online. There were some really beautiful pottery with beautiful artwork over them as a design. Unique presents! Or additions to the home. I can not rate the family company any higher on customer service and care. Top marks. Thank you all so much and we certainly will be back. Sorry for any headache I may have caused. Oh another positive before I go.... Covid safe too!
