JMS JOHN TOPGEAR TRAVEL - Stoke-On-Trent

Great service! We were delayed by a day on our return journey this week, weather had affected the plane. I messaged the driver and asked if he could change the pickup day, and he did! Cant say how relieved I was, all he needed were the details of the new flight. Above all, the ease of being dropped off right by the door, and collected just outside the door, without the delay of waiting for the transfer bus, driving when youre tired etc. I have used JMS a couple of times now, and just wouldnt think of going elsewhere. Friendly drivers, very clean cars and help getting the bags in and out of the boot. Just what I needed for a family!

Rang up to ask if he could drive me and my dogs across to our new house this afternoon. He said no then immediately hung up. What a tool.

So when your plane gets delayed 18 hrs I hope you at booked with John. I don't know how he did it but we didnt have to wait as he was there as we came out of the exit. Great service with fantastic communication
