Second time at Arawan massage. The first was a traditional Thai massage which is very firm and felt like a workout. The second was an aromatherapy massage. Both were very good. Prices around 50-55 an hour, they also do longer treatments. Arawan comes highly recommended.

Prebooked 90 couple massage and never mentioned only if cash. Would not let me have massage and then get cash out. The receptionist - young girl then rolled her eyes so no payment first. But said this will cut into our time to go get cash. Asked if its ok we are 5/10 mins late. Again no point said this will cut into our massage time. Ridiculous service. No point even confirming with them. Also the guy who took our reservation made appointment on wrong date. Avoid!

Do not recommend this place at all Travelled all way from Reading and called ahead to say we would be running 10 mins late due to traffic conditions. No mention at all this would be an issue. However when we arrived she said our massage time will be reduced. No mention of this on the phone. Would not have travelled all the way knowing this. Also no mention prices are different if paid by cash or card when we booked on the phone. When we raised this, the girl proceeds to deny thats what we were told despite the fact she did not take the original booking. Wouldnt let us take cash out without it affecting our time and wouldnt let us take cash out after the massage either. As a manager of a business the customer service from this woman needs serious reviewing and way below the standard I would expect. Highly recommend for her to be put on a training course in customer service, especially as she is front of house. Not even a welcome when we came in and rolled her eyes at us when we were querying the prices. Disgraceful and a waste of our time
