Extremely good from my experience as a buyer using Felicity J. Lord. My agent showing me properties was Jakob, he was extremely polite and friendly as well as knowledgeable of the properties shown to me. He was also very prompt with emails and easily accessible for any questions I had which made the purchase of my flat even easier. 10/10 would recommend for anyone looking to buy the Stoke Newington area, I'm sure there other agencies are equally as professional and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend their services. DO NOT USE! By far the most incompetent service Ive used in any industry. We rented a property through FJL for three years. From the very beginning they were disappointingly slow, making me wait two weeks to replace a broken fridge. They routinely hired very bad engineers and repair people who would make shoddy fixes and try to rush out the door before we could review their work. Theyve promised to return our deposit and we still havent gotten it back - its now been weeks since we were told it would be sent to us in 1-3 business days and they are not replying to our emails. At times, weve questioned whether the company was out of business because they wouldnt reply to us for weeks or even months by phone or email. By the end, we went directly to our landlord when we needed help with the flat. I simply dont understand who is working here or why they have no interest in providing even an average service. I would never trust this company for any reason and highly recommend you avoid at all costs.

We've been working with Vivien Klusco who has been extremely professional, helpful, and genuinely kind. Moving flats can be a stressful experience, but Vivien has made it a very smooth process for us.
