        I first went to see Cara with some terrible neck problems last year. My nerves were inflamed, which was causing me to have terrible headaches. I arrived crying and left feeling relieved. She has very kind and calming approach and gave me lots of good advice. I have since been back with other issues and have received the same friendly and skilful treatment. I cant recommend her enough!

        Cara's been my osteopath for 4 years, she completely fixed me after a bike accident and I've recommended her to many friends. I go a couple of times a year and always feel great after treatment

        Had some lower back pain from a deadlifting injury that was not going away by itself. Cara did a thorough assessment and after only 2 visits I already felt great improvements, would highly recommend m.
