APPALLING . They did not deliver my disabled mums tablets for over a week, even when we went in to pick it up there were not ready and promised to deliver it Friday. Now its the weekend and shes left with no tablets which is extremely dangerous. So we are trying to get them through 111. They also never pick up the phones.

This has truly got to be one of the worst pharmacies out there. Please avoid it if you can. Medications are often not ready when they say they are. Communication is poor (the phone line does not appear to be monitored). Staff are often cold, unfriendly, and unhelpful (with some exceptions of course). As someone who works within the NHS, it makes me angry and sad to think that many people who are vulnerable and/or unwell are trying to rely on this pharmacy, which is frequently unresponsive and unreliable.
