Such a gem! We had mice problem which kept on coming back. Enzo came for initial examination and found large hole in the kitchen. We found Enzo polite&professional and he said he will only undertake work he can guarantee will solve the problem, so no wishy-washy promises and very reasonable amount of money charged. We booked a visit with Enzo as we suspected we had rodents inside the house and in the garden. Enzo was amazing at finding the issue, explaining why it was happening, communicating a clear solution and his prices - this is absolutely key, as there's no hidden charges and we always knew what we were paying for before he started the work. He really goes the extra mile to thoroughly inspect, and his knowledge is first class. As someone with a phobia of rats, he's really put my mind at easy and I can sleep soundly at night knowing they can't come in! He's also a super friendly person to deal with. Whilst I hope I don't have to reach out for his services in future, he'll be my go to for any rodent issues. Thank you Enzo!!!
