Robel

The lovely people at Robel did a great job completely refurbishing a bedroom and bathroom for us. It wasn't the easiest job as space was incredibly tight in the bathroom and every centimetre accounted for. They took time to understand the challenges and consulted with us at every step to make sure everything worked out in the end. Tay, Alex and the others were trustworthy, hard working and pleasant to have around. They also have some really nice tiles in the shop. I would definitely use them again and recommend to friends for bathroom projects.

Robel- highly professional and helpful throughout! They were very patient and supportive during my indecisiveness of what type of tiles I wanted for my hallway. I also had the same company lay the tiles down for me.. best decision I made! Thank you for making the process simpler for us!

Great service, they provided me with lots of sample for the choice of my worktop and the installation of the quartz worktop was super fast and of top quality. A very experienced team clearly!

See the photos for yourselves for the quality of their work. The gaps around the cooker are completely uneven which they say is the job of the cooker installer to fix (meant to be templated to the cooker not the other way around), jagged lines on edges which they claim can be covered over with tiling (again someone elses job to fix), and inconsistent overhang depth (which apparently is what we asked for). And they overcharged us by 500, charged us for items they didnt supply (upstands). They cant work to anything that is not a right angle and dead straight, which negates the point of templating. When we politely asked for a refund they said this was their usual quality, blamed our plaster for being old and not flat, and refused a refund. In the process of issuing legal proceedings against them to enforce our statutory rights. EDIT: Just had our worktops replaced by Natural Stone Surfaces Limited - honestly, what a difference both in the way they templated (they used lasers and detailed measurements rather than cordex) and the professionalism of the install (no re-cutting marble in the back of their van and certainly no endless moaning about an old victorian house not being dead straight). They also sealed our worktops for us and left a complimentary care kit. And, they were also much cheaper than Robel. Look them up, they fit worktops for high-end kitchen companies and were recommended to us by our kitchen company when they saw for themselves what a disaster we had with Robel.

The service is outstanding, from beginning to end, I could not recommend Robel more highly. I was really tight with time, and had to make quick decisions whilst also balancing a lot on at work, Ty & Merve dropped samples and their communication so well and helped me find the right worktop within my budget. The whole project was completed in just over a week which was exactly what I needed. Thank you Robel your great!
