This has been my fourth three year renewal with filey property. The whole team scores top rating with the smooth running of the whole process . Just had an issue with the boiler today and it was dealt with so smoothly by a staff named Aslihan. She managed to video call me and guided me in order to fix the issue and get it resolved urgently rather than waiting for an engineer. It was so nice of her to show me how to fix and giving her time to guide me through the whole process and enabling me to work on the boiler safely. She was very friendly and supportive and it was a pleasure speaking to her for the first time as I normally speak to another staff called Derya who is also so lovely and always been helpful with all the issues I have faced whilst living at the property. Them 2 staff are my favourites at Fileys and always go out their way to help. Keep up the good work and it was also really nice to put a face to the name today due to the video call. Now its Derya that I still need to see Thanks once again for all your help.
