        Have only had a positive experience with the team in Phillips. They were always on it and dealt with any issues we every had really fast and with a great attitude. Highly recommend.

        Phillips Estates were the property management company for a flat I rented in Tottenham Hale several years ago and were just outright useless. Incompetent, unpleasant, genuinely mean on an almost Dickensian slumlord level. I asked repeatedly for the name and address of the owner of my building, in writing, as was my legal right to do, and never once received it. I lived through broken boilers and repeated mail theft and not once did they express the slightest concern. If there is a hell, Ian Aarons and the rest of the team at Phillips will surely be there.
